ENGAGEIP PRODUCT TRAINING - CPE MODULE

The EngageIP CPE Module complements the IP Billing and OSS product by providing organizations the ability to achieve accurate and consistent tracking of equipment shipped to customers. This course provides a detailed explanation of setup and configuration options and is appropriate for managers, system administrators, shipping personnel and customer care staff.

AUDIENCE

Individuals with responsibility for operational management functions. The class will be appropriate for system administrators, managers, shipping personnel and customer care staff.

DELIVERY

This course is delivered remotely via WebEx and has a two (2) hour duration.

PREREQUISITES

Basic understanding of IP Billing fundamentals and knowledge of existing shipment fulfillment processes would be helpful, but not required. EngageIP Billing Orientation or EngageIP Suite Orientation training required.
