ENGAGEIP PRODUCT TRAINING - PREPAID BILLING MODULE

This course will provide an understanding of the EngageIP Prepaid Billing Module that complements the EngageIP Billing product. It will provide the client with the ability to achieve predictable and consistent business cash flows and increase service levels by offering an alternative to post paid services. The course is appropriate for managers, system administrators and customer care staff.

OBJECTIVES

Introduce an alternative to post paid service delivery
Familiarize client with various duration-based access services
Present available prepaid reports

TOPICS

Creating and configuring prepaid service offerings
Generating Prepaid user credentials for voucher printing
Analyzing prepaid reports

AUDIENCE

Individuals with responsibility for operational management functions. The class will be appropriate for system administrators, managers, and customer care staff.

DELIVERY

This course is delivered online via WebEx and has a two (2) hour duration.

PREREQUISITES

Basic understanding of IP Billing fundamentals and knowledge of existing business processes would be helpful, but not required. EngageIP Billing Orientation or EngageIP Suite Orientation training required.
