ENGAGEIP PRODUCT TRAINING - INTEGRATED SUITE ORIENTATION

This course will provide an entry level, basic understanding of the Integration EngageIP Billing Suite. It is designed to be a quick start guide to enable EngageIP Billing and Traffic Manager to execute at a primary level. Fundamental configuration and operational concepts will be reviewed using a scenario driven approach. The course is an appropriate basic level introduction to utilizing the product for managers, system administrators and customer care staff.

This course is delivered online via WebEx and has a four (4) hour duration.

PREREQUISITES

Basic understanding of IP Billing fundamentals and knowledge of existing business processes would be helpful, but not required.
