ENGAGEIP PRODUCT TRAINING - TRAFFIC MANAGER

The EngageIP Traffic Manager integrates seamlessly with the EngageIP Billing product to offer an end-to-end bundled software solution enabling secure authentication, sign-up, metering, billing and services management. This course focuses on managing the system through a central interface. It will provide an understanding of how the two integrate and will provide detailed scenario based demonstrations of service configuration and delivery.

AUDIENCE

Individuals with responsibility for operational management functions. The class will be appropriate for system administrators, managers, and customer care staff.

DELIVERY

This course is delivered remotely via WebEx and has a two (2) hour duration.

PREREQUISITES

Basic understanding of IP Billing fundamentals and knowledge of existing business processes would be helpful, but not required. EngageIP Billing Orientation or EngageIP Suite Orientation training required.
